I have sensitive skin, will ONA Intimate lubricant irritate me?

Everybody is different and we always recommend testing a patch of skin first. However we have taken every precaution to keep our products free from irritants, body safe, glycerine, fragrance and parabens. You can see our list of ingredients here.

What is the shelf life of ONA Intimate lubricant?

Our intimate lubricants have a shelf life of up to 3 years, however we recommend usage within 12 months.

Can I use ONA Intimate lubricant while pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Are there preservatives in the ONA Intimate lubricant?

ONA uses Sodium benzoate in a very low and safe amount that will not disrupt the mucous membranes or your pH levels due to the low osmolality (between 430 and 450 mOsm/kg) of the ONA lubricant. We preserve our products to protect you, ensuring they are hygienic and that bacteria and mould do not grow in your product.

Can I use ONA Intimate lubricant with condoms?

Yes, our water based lubricant is safe for use with all condoms.

Is ONA Intimate lubricant safe to use with sex toys?

Yes, ONA is safe for use with latex, plastic and silicone toys.

Shipping & Returns

Does ONA Luxury offer free shipping?

We offer our Australian customers free shipping on orders over $50 or a $10 flat rate shipping cost for orders less than $50. 

To receive your products ASAP, we offer Express Post shipping for $10.

We offer our New Zealand customers free shipping on orders over $100 or a $10 flat rate shipping cost for orders less than $100.

For all International customers, we have a flat shipping rate of $25 AUD.

What is your returns policy?

We can only accept returns for damaged goods that are unopened. All return requests must contact us at hello@onaluxury.com.au within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Due to regulations worldwide, we can’t accept any refunds for open packages. Unfortunately, we also can’t accept returns or refunds for ‘change of mind’ once a purchase has been made. If you’re concerned that your product is damaged or faulty, please get in touch with us to assist and issue a credit where applicable.

How long does it take to ship out my product?

Our standard shipping for Australia and New Zealand can take 3-8 business days, depending on location. Express orders for Australia 1-3 business days.

International orders from 10-16 business days.

My product is damaged or faulty.

We pride ourselves on providing quality products. If you believe your order is damaged or faulty, please email hello@onaluxury.com.au within 2 weeks of receiving your order. We will help you and issue a refund where applicable.
